Duplicated Sponsoring, when it comes down to it the system is what matters, about two years ago I started to get real serious about making money on the internet. I wanted to do things the right was you see I was spending $3 to make $1 and this did not see right to me. I was spending a lot of money with this one source, I was getting the results but not the results that I wanted to get?

A friend came up to me about two years ago and said " Why don't you set up your own marketing system" I gave this some thought for about 10 minutes "Yes why don't I set up my own system?"

It has been two years now and I have been following my system from that time onwards. My system works very well, and I have helped a lot of people by teaching them my system and how to set it up. I was making very good money from using my system, On average I would sponsor 50 new reps every month on auto pilot using this exact system.

That was great BUT do you know what the hardest thing has been?

Since learning to sponsor people on auto pilot I never wet up the system to train all these new people, I would run out of time. I was faced with another more important issue - How to create duplication in my business and teach my down line to sponsor like I did. So since learning to sponsor I now needed to learn how to put a system in place that would teach every one I sponsor and every one they sponsor how to market and set up the same systems that I was using. This was the attraction marketing system of generating free MLM leads for my business.

This brings me to the attraction marketing side of the story, You see I have been applying the attraction marketing principles to my business for the last two years but just recently I was putting out there that I needed this particular system to help train my new members. A system that would do the training the explaining and create duplication in my down line. A system that would teach people to sponsor more reps and at the same time generate leads.

That is when I met this one guy who with another couple of people had put together this exact same system that I wanted to find and was getting ready to launch it into the market.

The Best part about this story is the system did exactly what I was looking for, it would teach people how to market your mlm business or network marketing business the right way, you did not have to buy leads any more and you did not have to chase people down any more to have them join your opportunity, You became the hunted and was not longer the hunter. The system would teach you the exact same methods that I use and other top money earners are using every single day to generate 100's of fresh leads and put thousands of dollars back into there pocket every month.

WOW!! Now I have a system that I can create duplication in my down line and build a solid MLM or network marketing business, providing the Proven system to help and train my team to do the same as I do.

Attraction Marketing - Go out and just take action

The reason I found that there is a large failed in the industry is the confusion level aspect.

Now the confusion level comes in three levels you have the newbie the first timer on the Internet and looking for a way to earn money. Now these people will be actively look for a new opportunity. Now when they are looking, it is like they are being pulled from the left to the right not knowing which way they are going blindly stumbling around on the internet without know really what to do or who to go with, every one screaming at them with there best offer or join my team - with crazy bold font and capital letters. I do not blame some of these people running and never coming back to the Internet to look for a business again.

There will be some that go on to the next level, and start their own business. These people start to understand a little more but are still mixed up in that great big whirlpool called the internet marketing merry-go-round going from one program to the other trying to join all the new launches, now these people I would call the second tier marketer, going around in circles following the internet marketing merry-go-round or whirlpool. Now that whirlpool sucks the week right into the middle and then swallows them up never to be seen again. Another casualty of the world wide web, but there are some from the second tire marketers that do not like to drown and are getting dizzy so they are reaching out for a helping hand to those top marketers that are standing above the whirlpool looking down on the whole mess. These are the top-level marketers who understand what it is all about and how to market the right way.

The lucky ones that manage to grab onto one of those leaders hands that are outstretched and hold on the leader will pull them out of the mess, that second tire marketer is now on his way to being among the top marketers on the internet. Now these new marketer are on very shaky ground and can fall very easy, but some can keep climbing out and learn the secrets of the top marketers, these are a very select few that are added to that leader pool looking down on the whirlpool trying to grab another person that has his head above the whirlpool water and there hand out reaching for a leader to grab on to and pull out to help them.

Now what I'm trying to say is if more people could stay focused on just taking some kind of action each day without being pulled that way and this way or heading off down some dark research alley looking for the next answer, (a research alley is when you are on the right track then you get pulled away from your track when you do a little research on a topic and end up down a black alley) forgetting to take action, this is loss of productive time that you could of been spending on taking some kind of positive action in marketing your business, trying to swim and keep there heads above the water so they can be noticed or than can at least see the leaders hand that are stretched out ready to grab a hold off.

I personally think Internet marketing, goes alongside with Attraction Marketing......What Is Attraction Marketing?

Its a fairly new concept, (less than 5 years old), that allows individuals to use the Internet to attract people to them that are looking for what they can provide. And this is the process of attracting the right people to you and your business, by putting your self out there, and offering something of value to your target Market. When you do this you will start to network with your target prospect, in turn you will know exactly what they want and how you can help them. Which all adds up to a higher quality of prospect.

Now this has been very hard for a lot of marketers to understand, and a lot of people are being trained the wrong way, they are trained in traditional methods. Then we come to the internet, on the internet you are told to advertise your business opportunity company website, and the hardest thing for people to do on the internet in drive quality traffic to there new opportunity.

Well what if I told you that does not really work and there is a better way to do things And you should not marketing your main opportunity...

When you use a search engine like Google or Yahoo for something that your looking for and when you've found what your looking for, that website you ended up on hopefully provided a solution to what you were seeking. If that site can repeatedly provide a solution for you, then you are going to appreciate it, and be a lot more interested in what that website can provide you. Attraction marketing works very similar, but instead of it being just a website that is able to provide solutions there is a human element involved, offering you something that can help you.

Most commonly, when it comes to attraction marketing combined with network marketing, the idea is to teach others how to use the Internet for lead generation. But we still have the problem of driving quality traffic (prospects) to our website? When we use the attraction marketing in our Internet marketing efforts and combine these two together, this is where the human touch comes in. Network marketing is and always will be a business of relationship marketing. Attraction marketing just makes it a lot more focused.

To understand what is attraction marketing, let's first examine the traditional method of Network marketing. It starts with prospecting, the three foot rule, talking to your family and friends and every one else you know, cold calling or buying leads, plus many other paid methods. Then you qualify those leads, spending ours on the phone trying to convince them, you then do a presentation to demonstrate the superiority of your business. To convince prospects to join you.

Agree with me or not, selling doesn't work as well as it used to. Today most people dislike selling on both ends. They don't like being sold to and they don't like selling to others. They are sick and tired of seeing all the advertising in there face every day and the last thing they want is a pushy friend or relative trying to convince them that there opportunity is the best thing since sliced bread.

Now which one would you like to do?

Would you like to be doing your business the attraction marketing way, building your business and helping other to build there’s, you will not have to bug your family and friends to join you in your business and you will have hot prospects looking for you and contacting you to join you. Or would you like to be that pushy friend that consistently bugs their family and friends to join their business. Or the old way.

It is your attitude towards others that makes you attractive. It is your cheerful and upbeat personality -- BEING the type of person someone would want to do business with. It is not only about what you can get, but also about being a giver -- rather than a taker.

For attraction marketing to work you need to position your self as a leader and offer some thing of value to your prospect, at the same time building a relationship with them and helping them achieve there goals.

What's in it for you?

Attraction marketing is the most natural and pleasurable way to grow a business. Yes, it takes work. And knowledge. You need to implement solid business systems to support your efforts. But it is worth the trouble.

I am going to speak in terms that anyone can understand in
this email.

I am going to show you exactly how to get your network

more information a certain percentage will opt in.

I use this example just to illustrate that your lead capture
page doesn't have to written by the most expensive
copywriter in town.

All you need to do is speak to the needs of the people you
are trying to attract and give them a reason to want to
learn more about the solution you have.

I've filled out thousands of lead capture page, just out of
curiosity and I guarantee that there are millions more out
there like me.

So keep it simple.

Next on this . . .

I frequently get asked how do I get traffic to my lead
capture page?

Google Adwords.

Start a campaign with a couple thousand words in your niche.
Set a price per click that you are comfortable with and then
let it run.

Of course your response will most likely not be what you
expect at the beginning so just add or remove keywords that
are not working until you have something that fits your
need.

This will give you a huge leverage.

Once you get these two steps figured out you will have a
passive lead generation machine on your hands.

Meaning . . . You don't put any further physical work into
the effort and leads will continue to be generate at a

You don't want to be spending your time trying to get leads.

You want to spend your time developing a relationship with
your leads.

How?

Again . . .

Simple, just email them something everyday from your
personal perspective about your niche.

Do this consistently. Consistency leads to trust and a
feeling of comfort.

Over time your leads will start contacting you in their
chosen way.

Ohh one thing.

YES people are going to complain about you emailing them all
the time. So what? Remove them from your list and continue
to speak to the people that value what you send.

I've been applying this method to my team's co-op marketing

Creating a MAGNETIC MLM Recruiting Environment

Many people in this industry really try to sponsor and recruit folks, but simply never do, and they are not at fault a lot of times, as they are doing what they are taught.

I don't have all the answers, and don't pretend to, but I do have many due to 4 years of experience,errors, and great mentors.

And I say this with all frankness: a lot of folks are being taught how to fail in MLM, not succeed; how to repel people, not attract, and no one seems to be noticing.

Why?

Most folks never focus on what REALLY matters in recruiting, only what is EASY to teach and get the new people out there hustling. Granted there is nothing wrong with that, if you want them to fail miserably, as most do.

So, last week I was asked by someone who earns $100,000 a month what I thought was the reason so many people can't recruit, and I smiled as I said, "YOU don't have that problem." He smiled and said, "No, but most do." I came up with a very basic but HUGE problem that should be, but is never addressed, and is sorely needed in the recruiting process.

And that is creating a MAGNETIC Sponsoring Environment (Attitude).

What is that?

An environment or attitude is what something exists and has its being in. It determines if there is life or not. Just as our lives are determined by the quality of our earthly environment, so is the success of our recruiting efforts by the Recruiting Environment. It gives your recruiting efforts the life of success or failure.

What are those things?

1) CONFIDENCE
You need to create a sense of CONFIDENCE when you are trying to recruit someone. You need to create that CONFIDENCE of a better life and a richer and more fulfilling world for their family. Giving someone hope where they have not had it before will magnetize them to you and your business.

CONFIDENCE stands for Heading Onto a Path of Excellence

And that path needs to be something that is REAL to the person and obtainable. If you create that part of the Recruiting Environment, your chances just went up 50% of signing them up as distributors.

2) POSSIBILITIES
Along with hope, you must create POSSIBILIIES for the individual with your company and program...the possibility of increase in money, lifestyle, recognition, and growth. And, it must be a REAL possibility that can happen, not just some pipe dream.

You MUST show your prospects HOW it is possible to obtain what they want out of life by working with you and your company. You MUST get them to think these magic words, "This could REALLY WORK!"

3) EXPECTATION
You must create a sense of EXPECTATION with your prospect. How, you ask? Simple...paint a picture of what life could be like with your words.

Ask these questions: "Can you imagine the feeling of actually having what you truly want in your life finally? And knowing it CAN happen working with me? Does that excite you?" "What would it feel like?"

4) ASSURANCE
Your prospect MUST feel ASSURED that you will:

• Work with them.
• Be there for them.
• Train them.
• Help them.
• Support them.
• Lead them.
• Believe in them.

5) VALUE
You MUST create a sense of VALUE in your Recruiting Environment.

No value, no volume. People MUST see and feel there is VALUE to what you are doing, and you create that in this environment by simply saying, "What this brings and means to your life is..."

You MUST show them how you can INCREASE, EXPAND, ENLARGE, and EMPOWER their life and family's life with what you have to offer, and that will go a long way to creating a MAGNETIC Recruiting Environment for your recruiting success.

If you GOT what I was saying today, then you will have a grasp of the very basics of the things that IMPACT and DETERMINE a HUGE part of your recruiting success...or failure.

Hi, My name is Brendon Ellis - I would like to take the time to give you a short story about my self.

Lets start with why I chose to be a internet market and home business owner. For years I have always looked at MLM or network marketing as an added source of income to supplement my wages as an apprentice chef. If you know any thing about an apprentice chef you will know that the wages a very low.

My first year as an apprentice I earn a total of $92 a week, that is not much considering that I was not living at home and I had rent to pay. You see I moved away from home to become a chef so I did not have my parents to support me. At the age of 17 I earned a grand total of $5,616 Yearly - out of that I had to pay $6,240 rent For the year. I advertised in the paper for a room mate to rent the spare room, I rented this room out for $80 a week. That was $4160 covered, All I had to do is come up with the difference $2,080 for that year.

What Pushed Me down a 20-year path of learning and discovery

I was working hard as I could as a chef working 80-hour weeks and was never getting in front or saving any money. I new there was a better way to earn money, I just had to find it. I looked on the Internet, but I really did not understand, this was a whole different world for me. Then I looked into the adds people were placing in the news paper which led me to my very first network marketing business, I thought I had struck gold%u2026..

I made a grand total of about $400. This did not last long, I did not know what I was doing. Trained as a chef, not a network marketer or salesman, no experience in the home business arena so I was without any training. There were others like my sponsor that were making great money, I just did not know how, plus my sponsor did not know how to train me, so that is were my first network marketing home business started and stopped.

For years after that, I worked hard traveling around the world as a chef learning from some very talented executive chefs and hotel managers, I moved my way up that corporate ladder in the hospitality field ending up in Hotel management, between the hours I worked and the pay I was getting, it really did not make sense to me.

While I was working in Canada training other young chefs I discovered snowboarding. Snowboarding was a different world for me, I was a very keen surfer, and growing up on the beach I was always surfing. After living in Canada for 3 years I really fell in love with snowboarding and it was something that I had to do every day, snowboarding all day working at night in the kitchen to support my habit for snowboarding. I really thought this was the life, doing what I want all day and working at night, that perfect situation. I would continue my snowboarding back home in Australia when I returned working in the Australian snowfields as a chef once again to support my habit of snowboarding.

In the 4th or 5th year I was approached by another snowboarder who asked me if I had ever thought of becoming a snowboard instructor, at this time I was a bar manager for one of the hotels in the Australian snowfields. This thought had never crossed my mind but the seed was planted, that season I tried out for a job and I was accepted as a rookie snowboard instructor. This was great I could work two jobs now and one of them was what I loved to do and that was snowboard. After my third year teaching snowboarding I started to once again move into the training side of the industry now I was training other people to become snowboard instructors. The same time I was finding it harder and harder to work as a chef at nighttime's because my instructor job was getting more and more demanding.

The chef work was cut to about 3 nights a week just to have that second income coming in (got use to having that second income). With working as a snowboard instructor I would spend my time between North America and Australia snowboarding, so if I was not in Australia working I was in North America working. When I started to work in North America I soon realized that I could not have a second income because I did not have a visa to work in any other place except the ski school.

This is what led me back to the network marketing - Home Business arena. I started looking on the Internet for that second income that would supplement my snowboarding income and help support my now very expensive habit. (snowboarding). I was over whelmed by emails and advertising, I found my business that I wanted to do and got into it. I was not successful right away, I worked hard to spend a lot of money on the internet (notice I did not say waisted money) I feel that the money I spent was towards my education as long as I did not do the same mistake twice I was aright.

Well that did not get me to far I was quickly loosing more money than what I was making, This was the Turing point for me, I knew there were people making money on the internet and I was determined to be one of them, I set out to learn as much as I can and make it work for me. At this stage it was all mind set and action.

This brings us to now, I have been working on the internet now for over 5 years and I have spent a lot of money on educating my self in which is the best way to do things I have learnt a lot of good things from some great coaches on the internet. I am very happy to each and every one or them - (You know who you are). I have been involved with some very successful Internet marketers and they have shared some great stuff with me. Some I have spoken to personally and met personally others I have been a student of one of there many causes. This is how I got to where I am now, I am successful at what I do and I have learnt how to make a very comfortable living working on the Internet.

Today I do this full time, only one Job and that is internet marketing - I have one main company that I am involved and they are great, I have learnt to market this company on the internet, (with the help of all my mentors and coaches). I still go snowboarding and I still really enjoy it but now I do it for me, it is all about lifestyle and living your life, the internet and residual income have done this for me.

Duplication - The Secrets Key To MLM Success

We all want success in the Multi Level Marketing (MLM) industry, don’t we? Of course! Granted that “Success” means something different to everyone … However you MUST be able to duplicate your efforts through other people to achieve massive success!

The main reason people join a MLM opportunity is because of the massive income potential. For THAT you need to accomplish the REAL key to long, term success … that is to say … “DUPLICATION”!

First thing we need ask is what is Success?

To be clear about what success is must be the first step to achieving success. In the Dictionary it tells us that Success: the favorable or prosperous termination of attempts or endeavors.

We also need ask what is Duplication?

A copy that corresponds to an original exactly; "he made a duplicate for the files" The act of copying or making a duplicate (or duplicates) of something;

In the MLM industry

In the MLM industry, it means teaching, showing and helping other people to repeat or carry out a series of actions. These result in your MLM organization taking on a life of its own and growing … sometimes DESPITE YOU!

The “Right” Duplication and the “Wrong” duplication.

So many times we hear that the key to success in MLM is duplication, but duplication can come in two forms … The “Right” Duplication and the “Wrong” duplication.

So why is it that most MLM’ers have such a hard time duplicating the RIGHT stuff? It’s because they’re not following a “system!” See, if you have a “success system” in place and you duplicate THAT, then you’re well on the way to success.

What I have learned in the last couple of Years has changed my outlook, my beliefs and my ability to sponsor; that I wanted to share it with others. I have struggled with traditional MLM methods for years, and yes they work, but they can be painfully slow.

To be clear about what success is must be the first step to achieving success.

The achievement of something desired, planned, or attempted"

1.	the favorable or prosperous termination of attempts or endeavors.

2.	the attainment of wealth, position, honors, or the like.

3.	a successful performance or achievement: The play was an instant success.

4.	a person or thing that is successful: She was a great success on the talk show.

The above definition of success shines a light on failure and success. Make a plan and follow it and you will have succeeded. Make a plan and do not follow it and you will have failed.

This gives a yard stick for judging every day of our lives. We can say at the end of the day "I have failed" or "I have succeeded."

This may seem very obvious but it is amazing that only about 85% of the human race end up doing what they intended.

With my success I find that I am my hardest customer, If I can please my self and stand up to my own levels then I am achieving success by not letting my self down.

I asked several people what they thought success was. One person said that "Success is making loads of money." Another said that success is "Achieving your goals". Some one else said that success is "Fulfilling your potential". An interesting answer was that success is "Making others jealous"

Success can be viewed in many different ways, we can live to the age of 80 and we can see this as a success making it to the age of 80. If you goal in life was to reach 80 and you lived to the age of 80, then you are successful at reaching this goal. So it all depends on how you look at it and what you goals are in life.

Brian Tracy agrees with the connection between success and goals. He has said "Success is goals, and all else is commentary." Tracy believes that people with clear, written goals, accomplish far more in a shorter period of time than people without them.

Stuart Goldsmith in "The Midas Method" has an important section on how to set goals so that they are achieved using the full power of the subconscious mind.

Maria Nemeth gives this definition of success: "Doing what you said you would do, with ease".

Doing what you said you would do - Is currently not achieved by the majority of the human race especially politicians! - Doing it with ease is achieved by even fewer and requires making the most of the subconscious mind.

I personally think success is achieved through personal goal setting, if you set a goal and then become "pro - active" in obtaining this goal you will be successful.

Setting the goal and being "Pro - Active" is were most people will let them self down. This is the same in any thing is life be it on the Internet or off the Internet.

You can take an example from successful people through out our history - all successful people will set goals, even the successful people that seem to have success over night, what you do not see is the goals they have set and the seeds they have planted in setting these goals, all we see is the success at the end of all there hard work.

People that are successful in there MLM, network marketing or Internet marketing business have all set goals out and then have become 'Pro Active" in obtaining these goals.

"pro-active" is taking action to achieve your goals and this is working with other people that have already been successful in the industry, but that is not all that is need.

To become a Doctor or a Nurse or a lawyer or a chef you will need to learn, under go some kind of training. well it is the same for MLM, network marketing or Internet marketing.

There is a lot of people that are sold on the fact that the system will do it for you, the systems are good when they are in place but the most important thing the system needs to work is "customer's" that is people having a look at what you have to offer. And that is where a lot of people are let down in the industry.
